Organized Walk for Freedom Rally to create public awareness against human trafficking.

A Walk for Freedom Rally was organized by District Legal Services Authority Chandrapur and Vision Rescue on 14th October 2023 to create public awareness against human trafficking. The rally concluded at Gandhi Chowk was organized by Hon. Chief District and Sessions Judge, Mrs. Bhishma Madam administered the oath against human trafficking.Chief Guest Civil Judge Senior Division Hon. Mr. Kulkarni, District Judge Hon. Prashant Kale Saheb District Bar Association President Adv. Pachpor. District Legal Services Authority Secretary and Civil Judge Senior Division Hon. Sumit Joshi elaborated on the responsibility of the people to prevent human trafficking and the role behind organizing this rally. The said rally was concluded from Gandhi Chowk via Jatpurgate back to Gandhi Chowk. The program was moderated by Sham Hedau and vote of thanks was given by Bhushan Tondare. Many college students, representatives of NGOs participated in the program. Adv. Mahendra Asaret, Eco Pro’s Bandu Dhotre, Dhananjay Tawade, Prof. Borkute Sir, Prof. Manure, Prof. Barsagade, Padmakar Sonkusare and members of Vision Rescue worked diligently.
